Shipping policy ( Pricing) : As we are the NGO and the training institutes, there are no fixed prices per product. People may contribute as donations and students may pay their fees. Although, for any products which we dispatch pricing would be a s under Orders above 700 – Rs.50/- Orders below 700 - Rs.70/- D. Refunds and cancellation: For the services we offer, as there are no products, the refund if applicable will be initiated as per the MoU between the beneficiary and the organization. Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, please return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date. If the product is returnable in nature then a full refund of the product will be credited to the original source of the payment made by you within 5-7 working days.
